Wayne Kirtland is an experienced Construction Project Manager with a diverse background in residential construction and project oversight. Currently at Walters since November 2020, Wayne provides comprehensive management for all construction phases, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Prior to this role, Wayne served as Project Manager at SJ Hauck Construction, Warranty Manager at Medallion Home, Licensed Home Inspector and owner of Atlantic Home Consultants, and Foreman at Mastro Construction. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Resource Management from West Virginia University, with a focus on Environmental and Natural Resource Economics.
