Sharon Clarke is an experienced professional in digital delivery and program management, currently serving as the Head of Service for Digital Delivery at Walsall Council since September 2018, and has held the interim position of Head of ICT and Strategic Programme Manager. Prior roles include Information Technology Programme Manager at Leicestershire County Council, where management of a project management team was a key responsibility, and Director of Plutus Project Management Consultancy Limited, providing consultancy services. Sharon also contributed as Project/Programme Manager for Housing Plus Group during a merger and held various positions at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, including Head of the Safer Communities CIC and Business Transformation Consultant. Educational credentials include an MBA from Keele University and a BA(Hons) in Business Enterprise from the University of Staffordshire.
