Ahil Abraham Thachil has extensive experience in engagement and archaeology. Currently serving as Lead and previously as Senior Engagement Associate at QShala since July 2018, Ahil has developed expertise in fostering client relationships and managing projects. An internship at the Tamil Nadu State Department of Archaeology in May 2017 provided hands-on experience in documenting antiquities and preserving historical artifacts. A brief internship at Opinio in August 2015 focused on recruitment strategies and employee performance evaluation in a delivery startup. Ahil holds a Master of Arts in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Madras (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Economics, and Political Science from Christ University, Bangalore (2013-2016).
