Mikaela Fahey, PSP, CBCP, serves as an Adjunct Professor of Crisis Management and Homeland Security at the University of Arkansas since July 2023, while also holding the position of Senior Manager Security at Walmart since April 2022. Previously, Mikaela was a Senior Operations Manager at the Arkansas Army National Guard from 2012 to 2021, where responsibilities included supervising 28 personnel, overseeing daily operations, and acting as Physical Security Officer and Anti-terrorism Officer. Mikaela has extensive experience in various supervisory roles within the military, including First Line Supervisor/Readiness Coordinator for multiple units, and has a foundational background as a Helicopter Repairer and Technical Inspector in both the Massachusetts National Guard and US Army. Academically, Mikaela holds a Master of Science in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Arkansas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bridgewater State University, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Flight Operator from Cochise College.
