Aśha Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Walmart since November 2018, Aśha leads senior executive searches for global technology and product functions across Walmart US, Walmart International, and Sam's Club. Previously held positions include Sr. Manager and Manager roles at Walmart, and a managerial position at FTD.
