Kurt DaCosta is a seasoned Software Developer with extensive experience in building and enhancing trading platforms and financial systems. Currently leading the Trade Connect team at Walleye Capital, Kurt focuses on application development, integrations, and tools for a global multi-asset class trading platform. Previously, as Director of Engineering at fabriik, Kurt managed engineering teams and facilitated the rebuilding of market-making and execution systems. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Product Manager and Software Engineer at Coinsquare, contributing to trading and market data systems, as well as co-founding technology startups like Stigma Inc. and Woof Labs, where backend development and product management were key responsibilities. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honors Computer Science from McMaster University.
