Elmer Muna is an experienced legal professional with a specialization in litigation, arbitration, tax, and customs proceedings, as well as administrative law. Currently serving as a Partner at WALLESS since October 2020, Elmer has previously held similar partner roles at DERLING PRIMUS from April 2016 to October 2020 and served as an Attorney at Law/Senior Associate at Tark Grunte Sutkiene from May 2008 to March 2016. Early in the career, Elmer worked as a Lawyer and Attorney at LEADELL Law Offices and as in-house counsel for the Estonian National Opera. Furthermore, Elmer's legal journey began with experiences at Ellex and Veljo Viiloli Law Office. Elmer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Tartu, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
