Patrick Melton is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property tax appeals and real estate sales. Since February 2019, Patrick has served as President of Vanguard Property Tax Appeals, specializing in helping clients reduce their property tax burdens. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Vice President at Texas Tax Protest from February 2010 to December 2017, assisting numerous commercial and residential clients. Patrick has also worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Urban Dallas and Keller Williams Realty, focusing on investment real estate, foreclosures, and first-time buyers. Patrick's educational background includes studies at the University of the Ozarks.
