Cecilie Pedersen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Their most recent role is as VP of Compensation & Benefits at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, which they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Spesialrådgiver at Posten Norge AS from February 2022 to June 2022. Between 2021 and 2022, they served as a Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Aker Solutions. From 2018 to 2019, they held the position of SVP HR & OD at Kvaerner, and from 2018 to 2019, they were the Head of Compensation & Benefits at the same company. Before that, they worked as a Career Leader Human Capital at Mercer from 2017 to 2018. Cecilie also has experience at Deloitte, where they were a Manager of Human Capital Advisory from 2014 to 2017, and at SAP, where they served as a Regional Sales Manager for Human Capital Systems from 2012 to 2014. Lastly, they worked at the Wilhelmsen group as Head of Global HR from 2007 to 2012, and as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2005 to 2007. Cecilie began their career as an HR and Rew Management consultant at Korn Ferry in 1998.
Cecilie Pedersen completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humaniora from The University of Oslo in the years 1993-1997, and later obtained a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from The Autonomous University of Madrid/University of Oslo during 1997-1998.
