Robert Eldridge is a seasoned construction and project management professional with extensive experience in leading business initiatives and operational improvements. Currently serving as Door and Trim at Wallcon LLC since October 2020, Robert successfully established a new business within the company, overseeing significant remodeling and contract execution exceeding eight million dollars in the first year. As the former Owner of Laveen Custom, Robert managed various contracting services and worked as a floor plan engineer for the State of Arizona AZDEQ. Previously, as General Manager at Contract Millwork, Robert developed business plans and nurtured new opportunities. With a rich history at Younger Brothers Companies, Robert held several roles including Lean Manufacturing Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on process improvements and project oversight. Robert's educational background includes coursework in Chemistry and a minor in Business from Glendale Community College.
