Claire S. currently serves as the APAC Head of Business Intelligence at Anthesis Group, a position held since April 2024 following the merger with Wallbrook. With a progressive career at Wallbrook starting as an Associate and advancing to Director and Senior Associate, Claire S. has a strong background in business intelligence within the ESG Advisory Division. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Analyst at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, where oversight of a research team was a key responsibility, and as Assistant Director at the Ministry of Health, where leadership in policy design for the ageing population was a primary focus. Claire S. also held significant diplomatic roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including First Secretary in the Singapore Embassy in Beijing, where management of bilateral relations and political analysis were critical, earning recognition through the S Rajaratnam Award for excellence in political reporting. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in History from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oxford.
