Dmitry Kulikov has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Dmitry is currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Wallarm since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Owner and Senior Project Manager at Qligent Corp. from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they held positions at Tecom Group as a Program Manager and Solution Architect from 2013 to 2018.

Dmitry Kulikov obtained their first degree, an Engineer's degree in Information Systems in Telecommunications, from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) between the years 2001 and 2006. Dmitry then pursued further education and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Physics from Università degli Studi di Palermo between 2006 and 2011. In addition to their educational achievements, Dmitry Kulikov also obtained certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in September 2018 and Sun Certified Java Developer 1.4 from Sun Microsystems in June 2007.
