Aleksey Shaikhaleev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aleksey is currently working as a Backend Team Lead at Wallarm, a leading company in API Security. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Iterative, where they contributed to the development of Iterative Studio, a SaaS platform for ML teams. Aleksey also played a significant role in improving communication within engineering teams by introducing a new format of Retro meetings. Before joining Iterative, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Bravado for two years.

Aleksey began their career as a Full Stack Developer at Travelpayouts, where they worked extensively on backend development, including the development of a statistics engine, Rails and Sinatra apps, and API development. Aleksey also contributed to frontend development by creating client-side applications and widgets. In addition, Aleksey took on freelance projects as a Ruby on Rails developer, building B2B and B2C systems using both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Prior to their freelance work, Aleksey gained experience as a Web Developer at Aviamettelecom. Overall, Aleksey's work experience showcases their expertise in backend and frontend development, as well as their ability to lead teams and improve communication within engineering groups.

Aleksey Shaikhaleev completed their education at Far Eastern State Transport University from 2007 to 2012, earning a degree in Computer Science.
