Wayne Martin, PE, currently serves as a Project Manager at Wallace Montgomery since November 2021. Prior to this role, Wayne Martin was the City Engineer for the City of Harrisburg from May 2014 to November 2021. Wayne Martin also worked as an Attorney at Reager & Adler PC from 2008 to 2014 and as a Project Engineer at Gannett Fleming from January 1999 to June 2008. Wayne Martin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, earned between 2004 and 2008, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, completed in 1998.
