Tom Flannery currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at UFP Technologies, where responsibilities include educating clients on the value of UFP's contributions to innovative medical device manufacturing. Flannery is also President of PROPLASTx, focusing on establishing plastics processing and assembly operations in North America, and serves on the Advisory Board for WalkMed Pumps and Reservoir Bags. Previous roles include President at Formula Plastics Inc, where Flannery supported innovative plastic solutions, and Director of Business Development at Spectrum Plastics Group and VitalMED, specializing in device manufacturing and fluid management products. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Nypro, overseeing medical device initiatives, and Textron, managing corporate accounting. Flannery holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and has further education from UC San Diego.
