Lizmairy Manana, PMP®, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (BIPOC) Team Lead at WalkMe™ since February 2022, while also contributing as a Digital Adoption Consultant. Prior to this role, Lizmairy held multiple positions at Big Boost Marketing from September 2018 to January 2022, including Chief Operating Officer & Project Management Lead, Project Manager, and Client Success Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at Varemar Digital Marketing and a Project Manager position at ReachOut Page. Lizmairy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Art History from Rutgers University, completed in 2015.
