Domenic Grazioso has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at WalkMeâ„¢ since February 2017. Prior roles at WalkMeâ„¢ include Principal Customer Success Manager for Named Accounts and Strategic Account Manager. Previously, at DoubleDutch, Domenic held positions such as Customer Success Director for Strategic Accounts, managing a team of Customer Success Managers and overseeing significant annual recurring revenue (ARR). Earlier in the career at Apple, Domenic gained technical expertise as a Genius, providing high-quality support and repairs for iDevices and Macs. Starting a career as Butcher/Produce Manager at Tinsley's IGA, Domenic also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Argosy University, and a Master in Music Production and Technology from Berklee College of Music.
