Steven Ramon has demonstrated a diverse career trajectory with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Walker Products Inc. since June 2021, Steven has progressed through various positions including Junior Product Manager and Senior Product Analyst. Prior to this, Steven held the position of Team Leader at WEG from August 2019 to March 2021, and also served as a Correctional Officer at the Douglas County Department of Corrections NE from February 2018 to May 2019. Earlier in the career, Steven worked as a Certified Tower Climber and drafter at High Tower Solution from April 2017 to February 2018, and as a Team Lead in the core department at WEG from September 2013 to March 2017.
