Gaynor Hails has more than a decade of work experience, starting in 2009 as a Barista Maestro (Supervisor) at Costa Coffee, where they demonstrated customer service, leadership, and planning skills. Gaynor then worked as a Waitress at the Guard Polo Club, focusing on customer service and attention to detail. Gaynor also worked at Royal Holloway, University of London as a Post Room Operative and Student Ambassador, where they were responsible for administrative tasks, customer service, and flexible assistance. Additionally, they gained experience as a Barista at Starbucks, maintaining a calm demeanor and communicating effectively with customers and the shift team. Gaynor later joined The Practice Group UK as an Administrator and Coordinator, ensuring data integrity and improving referral quality. Gaynor then worked at Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Medical HR Administrator, providing recruitment and selection administration support. Gaynor continued their career at NHS Professionals as an HR Assistant, assisting with HR guidelines, processes, and general administrative tasks. Currently, they are the Group HR Officer at Sanderson Design Group plc., responsible for administering HR lifecycle data and providing HR support and information to various parties.

Gaynor Hails earned their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. Gaynor attended the university from 2012 to 2015.
