TJ Edwards has a strong background in real estate finance and client services. TJ is currently serving as the Chief Production Officer at Walker & Dunlop since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Managing Director & Group Head of Client Services from September 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, TJ had a long tenure at Freddie Mac. TJ held various positions within the company, including Director of Multifamily Production & Sales from September 2018 to September 2020, Manager of Multifamily Production & Sales from December 2017 to September 2018, and Sr. Producer of Multifamily Production & Sales from September 2015 to December 2017.

Earlier in their career, TJ worked as a Producer and Production Analyst in Multifamily Loan Production & Sales at Freddie Mac. TJ also served as an Associate in Business Operations. Overall, TJ Edwards has extensive experience in real estate finance and has made significant contributions throughout their career.

TJ Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Delaware. TJ also attended Wissahickon High School.
