Lis Stein Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, Lis worked as an Event Manager at Marriott International until 2010. In 2011, Lis joined Ernst & Young as a Staff in the Assurance Services Practice, staying until 2012. Following this, Lis joined Walker & Dunlop and held several positions including Senior Accountant, Assistant Vice President of Financial Reporting, Vice President, and currently as a Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Lis has been with Walker & Dunlop since 2012 and is known for their expertise in financial reporting and analysis.

Lis Stein Patterson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between the years 2004 and 2008. In addition, Lis obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Virginia Board of Accountancy in 2014.
