Issa Bannourah, CFA has diverse work experience across multiple companies. Issa currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Walker & Dunlop since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Fannie Mae where they held various roles, including Co-lead of the Early Funding Desk in the Capital Markets division, Financial Engineer in Capital Markets Analytics, and Management Consultant. Prior to that, they worked at BlackRock as an Analyst in the Americas High Net Worth and International Division. Issa also gained experience as the Global Business Development and Market Director at Medical Professionals and as a Senior Associate at Merrill Lynch.

Issa Bannourah, CFA holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, with a double major in Finance and International Business. Issa Bannourah also holds certifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, as well as lapsed certifications in Series 66 and Series 7 from FINRA.
