Daniel Perry, CPA has a diverse work experience in the accounting and auditing field. Daniel is currently serving as the Senior Vice President - Accounting at Walker & Dunlop since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Accounting from March 2020 to January 2024. Daniel also served as the Vice President External Financial Reporting from June 2018 to March 2020. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Daniel worked as the Manager of Internal Audit at the same company from February 2017 to June 2018. Daniel started their career as a Senior Internal Auditor at Walker & Dunlop in July 2014 and worked until February 2017.

Before starting their tenure at Walker & Dunlop, Daniel worked as an Internal Auditor at AvalonBay Communities from April 2013 to July 2014. Prior to that, they served as an Inventory/COGS Accountant at C Spire Personalized Wireless from November 2011 to April 2013.

Daniel began their accounting career at KPMG, where they worked as an Audit Senior Associate from November 2009 to December 2011. Overall, Daniel Perry has gained valuable experience and expertise in various accounting and auditing roles throughout their career.

Daniel Perry, CPA holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at Mississippi College from 2004 to 2008.
