Bob Watson has extensive work experience in loan servicing. Bob started their career at Great Lakes Financial Group LP in 2005 as a Servicing Manager and worked there until 2010. In 2010, they joined Walker & Dunlop as an Assistant Vice President in Loan Servicing and eventually advanced to Vice President, where they led a team responsible for investor reporting and handling a $90 billion loan servicing portfolio. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Walker & Dunlop.

Bob Watson received their MBA in Finance-Real Estate from Cleveland State University from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended John Carroll University from 1998 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is provided. Bob completed their high school education at Bloomington Kennedy High School from 1994 to 1998.
