Jaidyn Martin, PHR, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Walker Art Center, a position held since January 2022, following a role as Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Horizontal and as a Human Resources Manager at Mediahub Global. Additionally, Jaidyn has held various HR roles at McCann Minneapolis, Granicus, Augsburg Fortress Publishers, Luther Seminary, Pro Staff, Latchcourt Ltd., Caribou Coffee, and as a Technical Writing Intern. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Creative Writing from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul. Jaidyn has extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, diversity programs, and strategic HR initiatives.
