Justinas Pasys is the Founder and CEO of NGL, established in December 2022, specializing in startup advisory board placements, investment syndicates, and trainings. With five years of experience in startup advisory, Justinas assists founders in identifying bottlenecks, locating potential advisors, forming strategic advisory boards, facilitating strategic planning, and fundraising. In addition to leadership at NGL, Justinas serves as an investor in multiple companies including Unmanned Defense Systems, Astrolight, AISPECO, walk15.app, Axiology, Cino, CyberUpgrade, and MELP. Justinas also contributes as an advisory board member for CustomsClear. Justinas holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics & Finance and a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Politics, both from Copenhagen Business School.
