Vipin Gopal is a seasoned executive in data and analytics with extensive experience in leading transformative initiatives within Fortune 100 and Fortune 150 companies. Currently serving as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance since 2023, Vipin has previously held significant leadership positions at Eli Lilly and Company, where transformational changes were implemented in business strategies through data and analytics. As a Senior Vice President at Humana, Vipin developed an analytics organization that enhanced clinical strategies and operations. Earlier roles include Director of Consumer Analytics at CIGNA, Leader of Modeling and Analysis at United Technologies, and Senior Principal Research Scientist at Honeywell. Vipin holds a Ph.D. in Engineering/Applied Math from Carnegie Mellon University, a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
