Richa Diwan is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic management and digital transformation within the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director in the Strategic Value Office at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Richa has previously held key positions including Director of the Transformation Management Office - Digital Strategy at BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina and Senior Strategic Advisor in Product Development for Sales and Marketing at BCBSNC. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President of Product Management at BB&T, and Vice President of Product Management at National City Bank. Richa holds a Master’s degree in Design Thinking from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Angelo State University.
