Prior experience includes roles such as HR Transition Senior Business Partner at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and Interim HR Manager at Two Saints Limited, where responsibilities involved project management, team restructuring, and service improvement. Jo Howat has also held HR Manager positions at Saltus Private Wealth Management, establishing the HR function from the ground up, and has worked as an Interim HR Consultant for various organizations including Yieldify and BAE Systems, focusing on HR policies and transformation projects.
