Jim DePalma currently serves as the Director of Training and Technical Support at Wales Darby, a position held since June 2013. In addition, Jim has been with Wales Darby Inc. since January 1991, where responsibilities include managing the Contractor Development/Training Team, which collaborates with contractors to facilitate system designs and provide troubleshooting solutions for the manufacturer's products. As the New Jersey Training Manager, Jim also conducts educational classes on the full range of products and systems offered by Wales-Darby. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance from William Paterson University of New Jersey, earned between 1977 and 1981.
