Chef De Cuisine at Waldorf Astoria Park City

Canyon Kelley currently serves as Chef De Cuisine at both Kimpton Hotel Monaco Salt Lake City and Waldorf Astoria Park City, positions held since September 2024 and March 2022, respectively. Previously, Canyon held the title of Chef De Cuisine at tupelo Park City and Executive Chef at Park City Peaks Hotel. Canyon's culinary journey includes experience as a Sous Chef and Chef Tournant at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, and a Junior Sous Chef at Firewood on Main. Early career roles include a Cook 3-1 position at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. Canyon Kelley graduated from Carbon High School with a High School Diploma in May 2013.
