Eileen Hanly is an experienced professional in the catering and events industry, currently serving as the Director of Catering and Events at Monarch Beach Resort since September 2011. Prior to this role, Eileen held the position of Catering and Conference Manager at The Resort at Pelican Hill from 2008 to 2011. Eileen's extensive background includes serving as the Senior Catering Sales Manager at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts Monarch Beach from 2000 to 2008, and Associate Director of Catering Conference Services at both St. Regis Aspen Resort from 1998 to 2000 and Sheraton Crescent Hotel from 1992 to 1998.
