Shradha Joshi - Dhere is an experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering with a strong background in both academia and industry. Currently serving as a Sessional Lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department at All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's Polytechnic since June 2013, Shradha also holds the position of Design Engineer in the Boiler Division at Walchandnagar Industries Limited in Pune, where responsibilities include the study of tenders and preparation of proposal drawings since August 2009. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Walchandnagar Industries, specializing in AutoCAD for pressure part drawings and detailing. Shradha earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from SVERI's College of Engineering Pandharpur, after completing HSC in Science at Yashwantrao Chavan Institute and SSC at Nirmala Convent High School.
