Karlos Melgar has a strong work experience in various roles. Karlos started their career at BASF as a Process Engineer from November 1995 to January 1997. Following that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Loaring Construction from January 1997 to July 1999. Karlos then joined Walbridge as a Vice President of Operations in July 1999, where they continue to work.

Karlos Melgar completed their High School Diploma at Externado San Jose. Karlos then pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Civil Engineering and later obtained a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor.
