Nefrita Sharfina has worked in various roles across a variety of companies. From 2020 to present, they have been a Senior District Sales Manager for Wakuliner. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Sales Marketing Executive for DAIPAN, where they conducted weekly meetings with staff and employees, explored new business opportunities, and processed, verified and reconciled invoices. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Business Partnership Manager for Paybill Indonesia, where they led, trained and managed other members of the account management team, achieved high sales targets, and arranged campaigns and built B2B and B2C marketing strategies. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Business Development for OPAC Barata, where they built new business relationships, sold Oil & Gas Software, and gave sales presentations to high-level executives. From 2015 to 2016, they were also a Business Development for Kejora Gasbumi Mandiri, where they provided Indonesian support capabilities for software products. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Partner for PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia (Starbucks Indonesia), where they discovered and responded to customer needs, operated cash registers and financial reporting, and provided quality beverages, whole bean, and food products. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they were an Insurance Agent for Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance), where they attended meetings and seminars, calculated premiums, and developed marketing strategies. Nefrita also held a Franchise Development role for Sushi Rock n Roll from 2012 to 2014, where they identified new leads and potential new markets, arranged and joined exhibitions, and managed the financial flow of franchise fees.

Nefrita Sharfina is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ESQ BUSINESS SCHOOL, which they began in 2013. Nefrita is also currently studying Business Management at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, which they began in 2019.
