Stephen Spiker is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Research at Wakefield Research since April 2019, Stephen has previously held positions such as Senior Director of Research & Staff Development and Director of Strategic Research at the same company. As the Owner of Mason Strategies, LLC since January 2013, Stephen also contributed significantly to Developers Alliance as Vice-President of Research & External Affairs and Director of Research & Insights from June 2015 to March 2019. Additional experience includes roles at KRC Research, the polling company, inc./WomanTrend, Mercury, and as a Legislative Aide for Delegate Scott Lingamfelter. Stephen's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Survey Research from the University of Connecticut and a degree in Government & Public Affairs from George Mason University.
