Nicole W. Brocato, PhD, serves as the Senior Assessment & Analytics Scientist and Director of Wellbeing Assessment at Wake Forest University, where responsibilities include leading a national research initiative on undergraduate student wellbeing and researching trends with a focus on equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. Previously, Nicole owned Gallium Social Sciences, developing research strategies and conducting analyses for various clients. Experience also includes roles at Keystone Human Services, where assessments were conducted for children and adolescents, and at the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County, focusing on program coordination and evidence-based practices. Nicole began their professional journey at the Center for Community Collaboration, providing evaluation and training support to healthcare agencies. Nicole holds a PhD in Human Services Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
