Heather Ramsey is a seasoned leader and advocate focused on empowering women and driving social change. As the Founder, Facilitator, and Coach at ConvergeWell since August 2020, Heather supports women and change-makers in achieving personal and professional success while emphasizing wellbeing. With a strong commitment to women's rights and social justice, Heather co-founded WAKE: Women's Alliance for Knowledge Exchange, serving as Advisory Board Chair and former COO, where significant initiatives addressing critical issues like gender-based violence and economic empowerment are led. Previously, as Senior Director at TechWomen, Heather designed and directed a mentorship program connecting women leaders in STEM across various regions. Heather's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at the Institute of International Education and foundational work in promoting women within technology and international education programs. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Integrative Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Master of Arts in International Policy, focusing on Women in International Development from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
