Kahurimu Flavell is an experienced professional with a background in environmental planning, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Waikato between 2016 and 2019. Currently serving as Taiao at Waikato Tainui since September 2020, Kahurimu previously held roles such as Te Aka Matua Mentor at The University of Waikato and completed a City Waters Summer Internship with Hamilton City Council. Earlier experience includes positions as a Customer Service Representative at 1-Day, Smart Health Virtual Health Representative at Waikato District Health Board, and Kaitiaki for Resource Management Kaitiaki Officers Ngati Te Ata and Ngati Tamaoho. Additional roles span across management and customer service including Assistant Manager at Agenta Factory Manufacturing Limited and team member at Caltex.
