Jessica Nordness is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy management and contracting coordination. Currently serving as the Contracting Coordination Leader at Waibel Energy Systems since May 2017, Jessica previously held positions such as System Analyst for Macerich and Account Manager for Arizona Control Specialists. Notably, while with RSD Total Control, Jessica successfully built a customer base for a new Phoenix branch and trained employees on sales strategies. In earlier roles, Jessica was involved in consulting and training, as well as client services, further demonstrating a strong background in project management, customer relations, and team leadership. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Miami University Oxford.
