Nursaeni Naomy Lee has over 12 years of work experience. Nursaeni Naomy started their career in 2007 as a BC (Beauty Consultant) at PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk. In 2012, they moved to RS IMC Bintaro as a Supervisor. In 2014, they joined PT Darya - Varia Laboratoria as an Admin Assistant/PA to the Procurement & Treasury Director and an IT Application Support. In 2017, they were a Secretary at Mega LifeSciences. Nursaeni Naomy then moved to PT Pinus Merah Abadi as a Personal Assistant in 2018, and to Sierad Produce Tbk. as a Secretary. Most recently, they have been a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Wahyoo since 2019.

Nursaeni Naomy Lee obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from The London School of Public Relation between 2003 and 2007.
