At The Estée Lauder Companies, Jingjing advanced from Assistant Manager to Manager in Global Education, leading initiatives that significantly improved digital platform performance and user engagement. Earlier experiences include roles in training and development at Citi, JPMorgan Chase, Charm Communications, and L'Oreal. Jingjing holds a Master of Science in HR Management and Development from New York University and a Master of Education in Instructional Design from Simon Fraser University.
