Samim Abedi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Samim most recently served as the Chief Investment Officer at Wahed, where they were responsible for portfolio management and trading for ETFs. Prior to that, they worked at Google in the Trading & Investments department. Samim also co-founded KUJU and was involved in the company's operations for a year and nine months. Earlier in their career, they held roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, J.P. Morgan, and CIT, where they gained experience in fixed income investment strategy, global investments, and corporate finance.
Samim Abedi attended Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a BBA degree in Finance & Accounting. Following this, they attended Williams College from 2007 to 2010, earning a BA degree in Anthropology and Economics.
