Ayman Al-Maaitah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and higher education. Currently serving as Managing Director at Wahaj Solar, Ayman is focused on developing the next generation of Concentrated Solar Power. Previous roles include CEO of PRECISION INDUSTRIES, where new products integrating renewable energy were developed, and Vice President at the American University of Madaba. Ayman was also the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Millennium Energy Industries. In academia, positions held include Dean of Engineering at Mutah University and Associated Professor at Jordan University of Science and Technology. Ayman holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
