Martyn Gunson is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Wahaca since May 2021, Martyn previously held the same role at Las Iguanas from January 2018 to August 2020, and has an extensive history with Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group from October 2008 to November 2017, where Martyn progressed through various management positions including Area General Manager and General Manager. Martyn holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kingston University, attained between 2005 and 2010.
