Barry Nelson is an experienced communications professional with a background in public relations, journalism, education, and sports commentary. Currently serving as the Public Relations Coordinator at WAGO Corporation since October 2019, Barry specializes in social media strategy and branding campaigns. Previous roles include News Anchor, Producer, and Digital Media Producer at Good Karma Brands, where Barry delivered news stories and produced broadcasts, as well as serving as a Play-by-Play Announcer for high school sports on multiple radio platforms. Barry also has extensive teaching experience in social studies across various educational institutions, complemented by a successful coaching career in girls' varsity basketball. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Teacher Certification in Secondary Education from Silver Lake College.
