Maddy Carter is a Partner and Lawyer at Wagners, where since 2014, Maddy has coordinated the firm's class actions, representing plaintiffs in cases related to institutional abuse, environmental issues, pharmaceutical and product liability, Crown liability, and privacy breaches. Prior experience includes serving as a Lawyer at Lewis Birnberg Hanet, LLP from 2011 to 2013 and as an Articling Student at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP between August 2010 and June 2011, following a Summer Student position at the same firm in 2009. Maddy holds an LL.M. with a specialization in international law from the University of Cambridge, a Juris Doctor from Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Biochemistry and Biology from Dalhousie University, along with an earlier Bachelor of Science in Anatomy from McGill University.
