Robert Drakes has extensive experience in the technology and support sectors, currently serving as a System Engineer at Wagner-Weber Associates, Inc. since May 2019. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions including Helpdesk Support Specialist at Bankers Healthcare Group and Field Service Technician at Lincoln Computer Services. Additionally, Robert worked as a Level I HelpDesk technician at Dini Communications, Inc., and spent nearly 18 years at the Education Development Center (EDC) as a HelpDesk Technician II Lead and Facilities Manager. During the time at EDC, responsibilities included setup and troubleshooting of various computer systems, network maintenance coordination, and general office management. Robert Drakes earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Farmingdale State College between 1994 and 1997.
