Kara Kraft has over 20 years of experience in the marketing and communications field. Kara has held various roles at WE Communications, starting from Account Executive and progressing to Vice President of Marketing and Communications. In their previous roles, they have led multidisciplinary teams, developed and executed integrated marketing communications campaigns, and overseen corporate communication strategies and programs. Kara has also achieved industry accolades for their work in employee communications. Prior to their time at WE Communications, Kara worked as an Account Executive at FleishmanHillard.

Kara Kraft completed their education at Miami University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing.
