Peter Čapkovič serves as the Founder of WageNow since June 2022. Prior to this role, Peter enjoyed a prominent career at J.P. Morgan from September 2009 to June 2022, holding titles such as Director of Data Science and working in various capacities related to interest rate quantitative market making and USD interest rate swaps trading. In these roles, Peter was instrumental in building a platform around Chase retail data for asset management and achieving significant market share in e-trading. Earlier in Peter's career, an internship at Allianz Investment Management SE involved analyzing investment strategies for subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe. Peter earned a BA in Economics from Princeton University in 2009.
